Souls’ accountability upon their return to the spiritual world – Examination of inexcusable bad acts – Incarnations of atonement – Homicide is the greatest of all crimes – Atonement through the same process

             Desiring to provide as many spiritual teachings as possible to his readers, the Lord Jesus offers a new teaching in this Message to help clarify them while they live their lives in the body. It refers to the process the spirit world uses to receive and guide souls who return from Earth. The first step involves their presence before the Superior Forces for them to render account of their earthly actions in relation to the obligations they assumed before reincarnating. This happens to be a very important step because it clarifies which of their actions were beneficial to their spiritual happiness and which were detrimental.

            The fact that a large number of reincarnating souls forget their spiritual memories serves to attenuate the fact that they did not fulfill some the things they promised to perform on Earth. Because of such insight, the Superior Forces exempt them from such faults. Their good and meritorious deeds are immediately credited to them in the form of a reward which contains corresponding ounces of light. The next phase of their judgment is examination of acts which caused inconvenience or detriment to fellowmen. There are no excuses for such acts in the spiritual laws, which are also known as divine laws.

            The chapter that deals with the consequences of inferior-level actions contains just graduations which will have to be atoned in future incarnations. Since earthly facts assume a greater proportion in the spirit world, when souls reflect on their earthly faults as their own judges, many lament and weep over them, given that it can be very painful. Another chapter deals with respect for the life and integrity of one’s fellow creatures, which no one has the right to violate. Incarnate souls who cause their fellow creatures to depart prematurely as a result of assaults against their lives are separated from the other souls in the spirit world, given that their perispirits carry a characteristic stain. Since such stain identifies them as perpetrators of homicide wherever they go, they are compelled to live for a long time on a certain plane, where souls in identical situations can be found.

            However, they do not remain in such planes indefinitely; since they receive the most beautiful teachings on morality, most acquire the necessary knowledge for their moral improvement. Since they need to evolve like everybody else, they will eventually be invited to return to Earth for a new evolutionary course, which they will excitedly accept. The possibility of their becoming victims of homicide will be printed in the life-letter that they will receive for fulfillment on Earth, a form of ransom which they sincerely desire and accept as a means of ridding themselves of their stain. As a rule, they will return to space as victims of homicide, which is for their own benefit and spiritual happiness.

            By observing what occurs on Earth on this matter, you can now conclude that the victim of a homicide in not always innocent; his soul may have just ransomed a past fault. You certainly must be familiar with the spiritual principle that has been in effect in all worlds of the universe since ancient times: “He who harms with iron will be harmed with iron.” Simple, gentle and even defenseless human creatures are usually victims of the wickedness that still exists in the human hearts. Although such an act of cruelty is quite upsetting to society, you can be certain that ninety-nine percent of the time it involves the ransom of a debt, which washes away the corresponding stain.    

            It has been commented that it seems strange that their spiritual protectors did not protect them from such evil act. The explanation to this is that the victimized soul descended to Earth with such an event printed in its life-letter, which is the result of a past fault. Being aware of it, the spiritual protectors just try to soothe the consequences, given that they do not have the power to prevent it. This explains the reason why human beings who are considered innocent become the victims of human wickedness. In fact, the human creatures acting as criminals are the ones who should really be worthy of your compassion, for they are building a situation of unhappiness and suffering for themselves in the future.

            Everyone should realize that the Law of Cause and Effect is always present in human life registering and preparing identical facts for future reparation, esteemed readers. The day in which all men and women become aware of the existence of the Law of Cause and Effect, engaging in the practice of good deeds in favor of their brothers and sisters, the Earth shall become that authentic “paradise,” a term which everyone appreciates. Infractions to spiritual laws like theft, homicide, violence, deceit and seduction will produce similar situations for the perpetrator. Although the perpetrator may at times escape punishment by earthly laws, he will nevertheless have to return to the flesh to atone for his infractions.

            In fact, it should be made very clear to human beings that even if they served time on Earth, as imposed by the human laws, they will not be excused from becoming the target of that same fault in a future incarnation. This is because human and spiritual laws are independent from each other; each possesses its own rules. For example, after serving a full sentence on Earth and becoming absolved of a certain fault against humanity, that soul still has to follow such a destiny in the spirit world and return to Earth to become a victim of the same type of transgression. This happens to be the only way for the soul to free itself from the unpleasant stain it contracted in the past.

            Now you can see how perfect the divine justice is, esteemed readers, and also how happy humanity would be if all men and women strove to learn about it. Since you might wonder until when will crime be committed on Earth, resulting in punishment for the reincarnating souls, the answer can be found in the above exposition as well as in the spiritualization of souls. The study of spiritual laws is as useful and necessary to human beings as the air they breathe. When humanity becomes aware of the spiritual laws that oversee life in all the worlds of the universe, all human beings will then be able to live on Earth like true brothers and sisters. When this becomes a reality, incarnate souls will notice that the blind and the cripple will no longer exist. Since all assaults against one another will have ceased on Earth, all souls will be happy and evolved.

            On this coming day, men and women will then consider their moments of prayer to the Divinity were their happiest, who observed them from the above, irradiating grace and blessings unto them. When all men and women begin doing this as a daily need, the earthly world will be transformed into that fabled paradise.

Spiritual protectors do not have the power to prevent certain events.
