Life-preserver of souls who depart from the Earth – The need for human solidarity – The Law of Compensation and salaried work – Effect of workers’ vibrations on their company

            This planet will undergo days of great historic proportion in the near future as events of great importance materialize in the life of all incarnate souls. As earthly life heads towards material improvements, it will help accelerate the spiritual progress of all souls who are here in this end of this century. As a planet inhabited by billions of souls in search of spiritual progress, the Earth too will enter a new evolutionary phase to which it has an incontestable right.

            It has already been said that although these transitional events will cause millions of souls to depart unexpectedly from the Earth, they will receive handsome benefits when they arrive in the spiritual world. However, there is a condition for them to be able to attain such benefits, and that is daily contact with the Divinity, which they should maintain by way of prayer and meditation. Such link with the Divinity is similar to life-preservers enabling passengers tossed out into stormy ocean waters from a ship to be easily retrieved by the lifeboats. It is clear then that anyone without such beneficial link would most likely be subjected to a fatal submersion.

            This illustration accentuates the need for all incarnate souls to maintain daily contact with the Divinity not only in view of what may befall them, but because they need protection throughout their earthly lives. The Lord Jesus wants the readers of his Messages to realize the significance of daily contact with the Divinity as clearly as possible, so as to encourage them to maintain such contact for their own good. The number of men and women who have already adopted this habit at bedtime is very significant, and they shall reap the most beautiful fruits from it. It has already been declared that neither the Lord Jesus nor the Divinity needs prayers from incarnate souls, for they were designed to benefit them. All men and women should then have the disposition to pray daily to the Divinity with devotion because it will result in the accumulation of spiritual lights which will fill them with gladness when they return to the spiritual world. This is the main reason behind the Lord’s recommendation for souls to pray at least once a day with fervor.

            Now the Lord Jesus will address the need for solidarity among all human creatures, given that it is closely linked to spiritual progress. Solidarity should be understood as the need for each soul to assist its fellow souls whenever necessary, for it fosters a feeling of sympathy, assistance and understanding among all. Employers who exploit their employees by paying them low wages, thus making it hard for them to support themselves, benefit only momentarily; they will have to return to the Earth as humble servants, in accordance with the divine laws, so that they too can be exploited.

             It is advisable for employers to fairly evaluate and compensate each worker, for they will have the Divine Mind’s approval. The Law of Compensation will be at work giving to each according to his work and merit, thus substantially helping Earth’s children in their activities. Employers and employees should attentively observe this principle while performing their duties. They both should do it with an elevation of mind and a spirit of justice in order to be in harmony with the divine laws.

            There are many souls in the spiritual world that, while heading organizations on Earth, paid their employees minimum wages in order to obtain as great a profit as possible. When they were transferred to the spiritual world at the end of a good number of years, in obedience to the natural laws, they found that their solely material activities did not produce spiritual lights for their spirits. They returned destitute of spiritual lights while their rich organizations remained on Earth for the benefit of their successors. After they examined their organizations’ records stored in the above, they were lucky to find some merit in the fact that they created or directed organizations that provided paid work to many. They also had a chance to examine their employees’ records, including those of faithful workers with elevated spirits of cooperation that had to endure serious hardship for being underpaid.

            The Lord Jesus invites heads of earthly organizations to calmly meditate on this, certain that they will reap teachings and conclusions of great value. Due to the fact that spiritual entities observe earthly organizations closely, similarly to the way spiritual protectors observe humans, it would advantageous for them to treat their employees as fairly as possible. When favorable thoughts of fairly-treated employees congregate, they contribute to the organization’s prosperity. But when unfavorable thoughts accumulate, they can lead it towards a path of difficulties, which could end up ruining it.

            This is how the phenomenon works: when a certain number of employees are satisfied with their wages and their employer’s spirit of justice, the accumulation of their vibrations influences the prosperity of the organization. Due to the fact that such vibrations also benefit the administration, they enhance the creation and quality of new products. Products impregnated with such vibrations attract consumers and bring prosperity to the organization.

            On the other hand, when feelings of dissatisfaction are always present in organizations that do not pay employees enough and do not understand their problems, the accumulated negative vibrations do not contribute to their prosperity. By attracting perpetual difficulties, such vibrations could even end up ruining the business. Businessmen should study their employees’ psychological conditions and make the changes that are necessary to transform all negative vibrations into positive.

            Since the work of pleased and relaxed employees undoubtedly projects a favorable and powerful force, it would be advisable that a study be conducted of all earthly organizations in order to identify and eliminate elements which hinder their progress. Anyone who proceeds to eliminate such elements will be involved by continuous waves of light and blessing from their employees. They can be certain that they are worth much more than material fortunes amassed through different procedures.

            One of the most beautiful divine laws happens to be the Law of Justice, which involves and illumines thousands of souls who return to the spiritual world after sojourning on Earth. Because they received fair wages and lived with tranquility, these earthly siblings pray for the fair-minded managers now living in the spiritual world in recognition of their spirit of justice.
